To celebrate the release of the new greatest hits album ‘Diesel 30’ and national Australian tour, Diesel and Fender teamed up to create a unique instrument. Diesel worked closely with the Fender team over an intensive six-month period to design his signature model to his desired specifications, which is the first Australian artist signature model in 20 years from Fender.

To capture his distinctive blues-rock tone and accompanying aesthetic, the Diesel Signature Stratocaster features an ash body, oversized ‘70s headstock, soft ’57 V neck profile, and an aged white pearloid pickguard. Elsewhere, the guitar boasts Texas Special pickups and 22 medium jumbo frets.

“This guitar rings a lot of bells for me,” Diesel says “visually and sonically speaking, it’s a representation of where it all started.”

The first 60 guitars sold will also include a Diesel songbook, CD and Diesel adhesive logo.

Diesel Signature Stratocaster will be available at your local dealer later in the year.
