At this year’s Beer vs Beast event, Colonial Brewing Co and Brewmanity Beer Co have teamed up to undertake their own ice cold endeavor – ‘The Eisbock Challenge’ – all in the name of good beer, good deeds and good times!

After six months of planning, the chilling climax to this challenge will see the release of Dr. Freezemeister, a big, bold, beastly Eisbock – brewed to help freeze the beast of a disease that is MND, and raise important funds for the Cure For MND Foundation.

‘Beer vs Beast’ was last year’s biggest single day event at GBW, and raised over $50,000 for the cause. This year, with sets of live music from Diesel, and other local artists, along with ‘meet the brewer sessions’, we’re hoping 2017 will be bigger and better!

So get along to an epic session of great beers, music, and story telling at Colonial Brewery on Saturday May 13 from 1pm, and help raise funds just by drinking damn good beer!
